I want to the thank the wonderful paramedics who came to see my Mum today after a suspected stroke. Gary the first responder (based at Hatfield) was brilliant and so were the Ambulance crew that took Mum to Lister. Everyone was really lovely and professional and are a credit to the service! Thank you so much.

My 93 year old mother in law fell and broke a femur on Sunday 4th July December. Setting aside the fact we had to wait 4 hours before the ambulance was able to arrive around 10pm, Phillipa and Paul were absolutely fantastic in dealing with what by anyones measure was a very awkward situation. An elderly, frail patient lying prostrate on the hallway floor immediately behind the front door in a good deal of pain with an obvious major break in the leg. Cannot thank them both enough for the career choices they have made and obviously the care and attention they provided on the night. My wife was able to accompany her Mum in the ambulance and tells me your team remained supportive and caring throughout the ordeal to 4am when they were eventually able to transfer the patient to a bed at PAH. Thanks again Phillipa and Paul, we owe you one! Steve & Cary Cordery

I received outstanding care from the ambulance service last Friday. There was a young senior aged 22 another qualified senior and a young apprentice. I would like to say thank you to all three of them that treated me with care, consideration and respect. Thank you is never enough for these people. We have to do more but what !??? Thank you for your care. Xx
