Jess is a great personal trainer. Shes so friendly and instantly puts you at ease. Shes my best cheerleader and celebrates me reaching my goals making me feel proud and motivated with my progress. Shes so supportive outside of our sessions always checking in on me! If you are into lifting weights like me (whats not to love!) and want to progress I definitely recommend Jess - shes ace!

Ive struggled for years with my self esteem and my extra weight that I never could manage to lose long term. I was recommended Jess by a colleague and was the best thing that could of happened. I only went with the online course but even then she made sure I knew exactly how to do certain exercise routines and helped sort my diet out. Even with her being my online coach, she was always there when I needed her and helped me gain that confidence I needed to start the gym for the very first time on my own. I would recommend to anyone, that wants a female trainer :)

Jess has gone out of her way to make sure that I am ready to take on the next week of exercise and food, followed by a weekly/daily check ins. She is also encouraging and also prompts me to go higher in terms of weights! I can see that my eating habits have changed to eating healthier in moderation and eating what I want with making great progress! She has been great and would definitely recommend!

Jess has completely changed the way I see exercise! Im no longer scared of using weights and I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Where Id usually be terrified to touch a bar and go into the weights room at the gym, I now know what Im doing and have a clear plan and goals to teach. Jess is so patient and just generally amazing, from the first session she puts you at ease when you walk into the gym and encourages you to keep going. Her guides and recipes are also amazing too! Couldnt recommend Progress with Jess more. Thank you so much Jess!

I cant recommend Jess highly enough. I was a complete newbie to the gym and my confidence has grown so much with Jess support. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym but Jess makes each session fun.
