Bought c. 20-post from Ram Group. 15 No fixed and 5-drop down in to the ground type. All stainless steel 114mm I sent two detailed emails looking for an extensive amount of spare parts for 5- drop down posts we bought c. 10-yrs ago where the locks and even some of the internal stainless steel parts have failed. I listed every part required and even quoted them their own part numbers. My first email was 19th February and I also sent a chaser on 22 April chasing a reply. I remembered today 12/05/22 and called up as both emails to both the accounts and the sales email addresses have both been ignored and we are now c. 10-weeks later. I called up, selected 1 for sales and the 'sales' guy couldn't sell me the parts needed but wanted to dispatch an engineer instead to us. They wouldn't also sell us any back up spares and given the locks do fail that wasn't ideal either. The select 1 for this, and 2 for that telephone system gives a much larger impression than if you google street view them. Of course repairs are to be expected, but why can't they just sell us the parts we need to maintain their product is simply beyond me! We are now left with 5-drop down security posts that don't lock - Brilliant!
