DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. My insurer delivered my car to them 4 months ago, I repeat, 4 months, after an accident that took place on the 1st November 2018. They didn't even bother to make a start on it until after Christmas. Every time I ring up I'm told that someone will call be back which NEVER happens. I've been told its going to be ready 'in 2 weeks' around 5 times now by the body shop manager to then be told again that it will be ready 'in 2 weeks' by the same person, and now I can't even get him on the phone to speak to me as if he's trying to avoid me. They've finally sorted me with a courtesy car, which I've noticed has a damaged tyre. When I rang them up to inform them I was told I need to buy a new tyre for it. SHAMBLES. Baffled how these guys are even in business, STUPID.

SHAMBOLIC SERVICE. I would have given this garage 0 Stars if I could. My car was involved in an accident, garage said they had the parts needed and yet it still took 6 weeks to get my car back. Serve lack of customer service, promised phone calls back at least 10 times and not once did i receive a call back. Then when to collect my car and it did not start had to be jump started. Claimed my DPF filter was totally blocked that the car would not start and it was not accident related so I would have to recover the car myself. Intact the DPF was not at all blocked ( independent report from an approved Volkswagen Garage ) and that they had flatlined the battery. In the process of legal proceedings against all involved to recover my expenses over the period. Just like to add that the garage was suppose to provide me with a courtesy car for the time I was without my own and failed to do so, for weeks I was left without a vechile which is underwritten in the terms of my insurance. If you read this ask your insurance for another garage you will only stress yourself dealing with this place and if you're a seeking a garage to fix your car there are many more in Stockport that would actually fix your CAR!!! Thanks Napier for at utterly terrible service from your customer car to your mechanics absolutely woeful!!!!!
