        I would highly recommend Napier Motors. Following a non fault accident we were assigned Napier Motors by our insurance company. Customer service and care was excellent in every way and the workmanship was highly professional. Once authorized to do the repair, everything happened very efficiently. The parts were ordered and once they had arrived, our car was collected, repaired and returned to us promptly. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

        Staff bordering on rude. No tea / coffee offered while waiting. Poor disabled access. Hard to find. Supposed to be assessing car damage, booking in for repairs n providing a courtesy car. Couldn't provide 5 door courtesy car required as mine is a Mobility car so need to be able to get wheelchair behind passenger seat. So couldn't book in for repairs. Totally unhelpfull said would need to go back to 3rd party insurers as they allready admited liability, to get upgraded courtesy car. Not being repaired there now
