        Really positive experience of Mastercall yesterday, booked an appointment via 111, seen quickly by the nurse then doctor. Everyone was so welcoming, the doctor and nurse dealt with us with such knowledge and professionalism and had a a great manner that put us at ease. An efficient service when you're dealing with an urgent worrying situation.

        Matercall? More like waste of a call! Spent over an hour on calls to a "Nurse" and then a "Doctor" telling me all sorts of rubbish and that I needed to been seen ASAP! When I got there the Reception Staff were very rude! Then the Doctor I did said its juts a Bug and I didn't need to attend. Are Mastercall going to refund my 13 Taxi fair? I think not.....

        I spoke to the receptionist at 02:45am on the 2/03/2023. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, I would give zero stars if possible. Completely ignored advise of stepping hill hospital, GP, and the patients opinion.
