Please avoid the worst customer experience ever they dont answer after sales calls no respond at all by far the worst broker I have ever dealt with please dont make the Same mistake I did.

After 5 years of never having a claim or personal circumstances changing. Lifestyle as brokers took upon themselves to impose some restrictions on a traders policy. Enticing the policy holders to commit fraud. By asking them to change the address' on the Driving licences. When questioned about this. Lifestyle suggested it was a rule that was not documented. Ultimately the policy holders addresses have never changed in the past 5 years of cover, so unsure why now Lifestyle have now imposed the restrictions. Along with asking personal questions which are invasive and irrelevant to the cover. I made all members of staff I spoke with at Lifestyle that I suffer with Complex Mental Health, where other financial institutions deal with situations like this with care and consideration. Lifetstyle were rude, contradictory, refused to give me any reason to why apart from 'its the rules' and have enticed fraudulent activity for their own gains.
