Absolutely amazing service from Craig from Pipeline. We had a burst pipe, not due to them, and because they replaced our lead pipe I called them for help. Craig went out of his way, after hours, to ensure we were OK. Absolutely top notch service. Cannot recommend them enough!!

We had a mains burst pipe under our kitchen concrete floor. The insurance company couldnt give us an appointment for 2 weeks! Rang Pipeline Services and Victoria was just fantastic. She arranged for an engineer to come out that afternoon to assess and explain the solution. She was so helpful and efficient, going that extra mile to fit us in 2 days later. Jake and Ben carried out the work of fitting a new mains pipe. They were so efficient and left no mess. We promptly received all the official paperwork needed for the water company. We would highly recommend Pipeline Services without hesitation. Thank you again

So impressed with this company, especially Richard in drainage department. I called very stressed due a leak where rainwater was coming into our basement through a cracked pipe. Richard offered to look at a video (which at the time of the read stamp, the message was done in his own time!) and took a good amount of time to explain the potential issues and then suggested ways the company could use to identify the root cause to find the best solution. It had been aware that it was clearly a more serious issue than just a cracked pipe as we flood when it rains, but I had no clue. It was therefore reassuring to speak to someone patient and knowledgeable who was willing to go through it with me. Investigation and repair still to be undertaken but I was keen to feedback on how helpful the initial stage was. Thanks Richard for your help and explanations!

exceptional team from office to hands on workers,arrived on time,quick,neat,replaced 13mtrs of mains lead pipe 4 hrs job done at a very competitive price.Could not be happier.starting from outside fence,dug small patch of grass for mole insert,under path,lift one flag to feed under sink unit and fit new stop tap.these are next day photos.26/11/2022
