Very disappointed experience. I hired toilet and it was due for service. I called many times and every time I was told the service team is coming but they did not come. I am really very disturbed about their unprofessional behaviour. I dont know what I should do now. Weekend is very close and I am really afraid what will be happen now as our rented toilet really needs service. Very very upset.

It gives me no joy to criticize but strongly believe in constructive feedback so here we are: Arranged a digger hire for a week online with 500 refundable deposit paid-all good! Delivered promptly and collected when arranged. One week after return of plant i chased by email asking for deposit-no answer! Two weeks after i called and got a staff saying plant needs to checked for damages and only when depo confirms there are none my deposit will be processed?! I wrote a complaint and chased line manager as they should have already done that in those 2 weeks-NO ANSWER ON ANYTHING. Three weeks after i called again asking to speak to someone in charge-got connected to finance who explained how waiting for a month for refund of deposit is normal and i should not be alarmed?!? Theyy also explained my "case" was not handled yet as staff who did the hire is off sick?!? Confused :( Frustrated etc. Now it is one more week (ONE MONTH IN TOTAL) and i still have not received any reply to my emails not i received my deposit back. Email that came after talking to finance is additional charge for fuel consumed (which i never objected in the first place) and which i have paid. Big improvements needed. Future customers need to be aware. Extremely unprofessional, totally not client orientated. Can not recommend. Will not be doing business with you ever again.
