For a global company, they're an absolute disgrace when it comes to getting a refund! I've been trying for 4 months to get my money back. All I get from customer services is that there's been a payment failure and the will escalte my case and could you fill in another refund form! So far I've filled in 16 refund forms.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service - I returned an item in June & its now September - Ive made 57 phone calls to customer services and everytime you get a call centre abroad who assure you theyve made a log of your complaints and will get a manager to call back within 48 hours .. and they never do . Got to be THE WORST customer experience I think Ive ever had and the fact a multi million dollar company has no UK contact centre or telephone number I think is really unacceptable

I never see less competent customer service Im stuck with 260 pounds worth basket and non of them can help.. asked for contact to manager been ignoring for over month already Disaster
