        I have bought, online, items on a number of occasions from this auction house and have nothing but praise for the accuracy of the item descriptions, the helpfulness of all staff members, the packaging and timeliness of delivery, and communication from start to finish.         I did think that the auctioneer, was to try to sell items. Each time I see the auctioneer at Maxwells on Bargain Hunt, he waits at most 5 seconds, hardly describe the item and on to the next lot, as though his dinner is awaiting him. I certainly would not put any item into this saleroom, and I'm a seasoned auction house visitor. Please Tom, please put some excitement into your saleroom, please!!
