Shocking service. Was only told upon delivery that some items were on hold and when trying to chase items for lead time was basically met with piss taking staff who seemingly couldn't care less. Its like it's being run by teenage kids while there parents are away on holiday.

Stupidly sent back an alarm with the link component attached and spoke to Kerry from FDS who sorted me out with a replacement component free of charge. Great customer service experience.

Absolutely atrocious company. I have tried to have contact with anyone other than the person answering the phone (who was very embarrassed) for over three weeks adn no return calls at all not even a text to say 'We don't want your business!'
