Can't complain. I reserved a car - as you should do if you're driving 3 hours to see a car. That was straight forward enough, nice and simple and only 100 isn't too bad. I made a bit of a downgrade in the name of practicality, but needs must. Made the drive down in my BMW with the dog in the back, who was crying all the way, poor boy. Stuart was friendly and approachable, he showed me a field to take the dog through before seeing the car and signing the paperwork. Part-ex was straight forward too and I had the remaining balance transferred to my account within about 20 minutes. Nice coffee while I waited and everyone was attentive and helpful, and I'm sure the dog didn't mind the attention either. Took a long drive home with the dog who didn't make a sound the entire trip, safe to say he loves his new car. Well worth the drive down. I get the impression these guys are as reputable and trustworthy as they come, can't recommend enough. Thanks for the help guys!
