        Im very disappointed. We arrived last night with two small kids, and the caravan hasnt been cleaned at all. The carpet its dirty, like someone stepped with mud. The sofa is full of stains.The kitchen and bathroom are dirty as well. Im scared to let my older daughter touch anything. Only the bedding looks changed. There was also a horrible smell inside. We slept with the windows opened to let fresh air come in. I wont book again in this holiday park.

        Travelled here April 2023 with my family. Caravan was great, hygiene perfect. Customer service ... AWFUL. Got checked in late ... bar staff rude and very unhelpful. (Zero manners) to top it off .. forgot my car keys in the caravan... I'm now 17 phone calls (no answer - 2 different phone numbers) and 5 emails down and not one response. ! Disgusting. We travelled over 3 hours to get to this place so cannot commute back to be able to get through to someone. Now raised a complaint directly with customer care team. This is our 3rd time using park holidays and have never had an issue. Will for sure not be returning to Steeple Bay. We did not feel welcome At All !! The only people I will praise are the 2 guys entertaining. Brilliant with the kids. Such a shame. Seems that this site is just being driven into the ground by the staff. !
