My son and my daughter are both members and have been for several years. The club is excellent for children of all ages or for adults. Both my children have developed enormously in the club and have not only learned the skills necessary to carry out the sport itself, but also have learned the qualities of respect and discipline that are an integral part of the sport and the club.

Fantastic friendly club, you can train three times a week if you like or just once to suit your needs. Caters for all ages and grades, for example I started as a beginner two years ago at age 53 and with the support of Sensei and rest of the club I am now a brown belt. Karate has been really helpful to me not only does it help you physically with strength and flexibility, its great stimulus for the brain as you are continually learning new Katas.
