        I am newly registered with this surgery and have to say the service is excellent. The reception team seem lovely and happy to help. So nice to have a happy kind voice on the other end of the phone.

        Zoe on reception is absolutely lovely, i cant imagine how busy and stressful it must be in a GP reception. But when you speak to her she is always upbeat and personable and easy to talk to. A creidt to the surgery

        Our 11 year old autistic son is having emotional control issues as he hits puberty. He is lashing out and self harming in unpredictable ways. I called to try and book in for an appointment to see a doctor. We got told one would PHONE us back in 2 weeks time. I could keep trying to get a same day appointment by calling (tried twice but am always so far in the queue even when starting the call before the practice opens). Shambolic systems and policy mean that you can't even get to see a doctor, which is a shame as I am sure once you're in the door they are fine. It's just a total mess to get in to see anyone. Go private if you value your health or your loved ones or may ever need to see a doctor without a one month wait.
