An excellent stay in a clean, quiet, tidy, tastefully decorated (but not bland) and spacious room. I stayed away on business, but could equally enjoy my time there with my partner. I stayed in a twin room, which featured a lovely dressing area and full-sized en-suite bathroom. Breakfast the following morning was fresh, tasty and served in a lovely open and bright dining area. The location was brilliant for work and visiting two wonderful nearby National Trusts. Ian was a super host, welcoming and friendly. Wonderful.
