Extremely difficult to deal with and pretty rude. I spoke direct with Seb White at Sygma Fire to arrange an inspection of our existing, old fire detection system as it was pretty old and needed an upgrade. We agreed verbally a good day and time to him and his team to pop over. The night prior to the appointment I called Seb to confirm everything was still OK where he responds that hes double-booked. I had to have a re-scheduled appointment. Again I called the night prior of the newly arranged date I called Seb to check it was all OK and he confirmed that he was on holiday and there was nobody else who could do the inspection on his behalf whilst he was on holiday. At this point im very frustrated as each booking was 3 weeks apart so this has all dragged on for over a month, so I expressed my disappointment to him to which he replied by saying hed secured a large deal with a chain retailer and wasnt particularly bothered if he secured our business or not. I was gobsmacked by this reply - how rude. Weve taken our business elsewhere and will not recommend this company to anyone.
