        Very disappointing. Advance Eco has been booked in twice now to insulate the cavity walls at our property. The first time they just didnt turn up, despite our chasing them. The second time, it was only after messaging them to see where they were that I was told that they couldnt make it down to our property. Have had to cancel the whole insulation with them as I dont think a company with very little reliability can be trusted to do a large home project.

        A faulty survey led to a serious error during the installation of my cavity wall insulation. I have yet to receive a certificate, despite asking repeatedly. I did receive a reduction in the bill to compensate for damage caused, but regret having given this company 'the benefit of the doubt' after reading other negative reviews.
