Admin staff are useless. Terrible communication - incapable of reading hospital letters. Last letter from this surgery didn't even have postage paid. No response to emails. Impossible to get timely appointments. Phone line doesn't have caller waiting. After all that, doctor doesn't seem to care either. Evidently this is where all our NHS funding is being haemorrhaged and why A&E is being over-stretched everywhere.

This surgery has gone down hill hugely! Now having to look into a new surgery!

Terrible service. Receptionists want to discuss personal issues in front of the waiting room ?? I honestly despair.

I am so sad that I have to give my local surgery a 1 star rating. I've been so patient with their incredible levels of incompetence. From inexplicably cancelled appointments to locum GP's who are scared of the human body. This surgery epitomises the abject failure of the NHS to protect the health of the British people. If you believe the NHS works, go and live in Europe for a year and see what 500 of private health insurance provides, and then come back and cry at what the UK has instead.

Poor, poor, poor. As someone with a chronic condition, they do not have the capacity to support and just blame it on others. Slow and unhelpful receptionists, useless pharmacy that never stocks the very important prescriptions I needed to keep myself alive. Wasted so much of my time with this surgery. Glad I've moved so I can leave! Worst surgery I've been with, by far!
