Now my lawnmower is old & I appreciate parts are not so readily available & was fairly informed it was likely parts might take a little while to source. My gripe is that for the lengthy vacation my mower had, not once did I receive a courtesy call with an update as to the repair. From initially approving the whole repair to delayed delivery dates. Even when I first dropped the mower in for it's initial diagnosis, this far surpassed the provided time frame given & I had to call them to find out what things were going to cost.
Finally after complaining a couple of times about their poor communication & being assured I'd get an update at the end of the day... 48 hours later I had to call them to see what was happening.
So, finally I get the lawnmower back (after paying over 200) go to fill it up with fuel & find all this sediment in the tank. I call them to ask what's going on, to be told rather blas "we can't check everything".
The two stars are purely because the mower is actually running better than it was when it dropped it off, not because of the service I received.
