Hesperus Lodge

My husband an I just got back from our mini honeymoon at hesperus Lodge. What can I say! Its just the most amazing place. We lead very busy lives at home so this was perfect to just switch off and enjoy each others company. We laughed SO much. The lodge was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. We cannot wait to come back again. Emma was just so lovely and helpful. So grateful to have found this little bit of heaven.

My friend treated me to a couple nights away for my 40th birthday and can honestly say it is the most beautiful, tranquil, isolated place, surrounded by the most incredible countryside. The hosts are as friendly and helpful as can be, this with the additional log burner and quirky curnels provided to make popcorn yourself traditionally, i would highly recommend this place as a quiet getaway. With minimal distractions of your normal busy / hum drum life, you cant help but enjoy your surroundings. With no tv, no wifi.. you can actually enjoy talking to each other or take in the sounds of nature. To sum up our trip... absolutly incredible!
