        Despite my first robe arriving damaged/stained due to issue with courier a replacement was sent straight away and even got to keep the first one . Excellent communication throughout . A shining example of exemplary customer service, a dying breed these days Oh and the robe is excellent too! Warm, thick and best price I found online.
