Repeat L5-S1 disc prolapse causing intense pain and bad sciatica. Just three sessions with Jamie and the pain dial turned down from 10 (worst) to 2 and now armed with effective exercises when pain flares. A Brilliant osteo - methodical, calm and knows his stuff!! Highly recommended for any middle aged dad's frustrated that their bodies don't work like they used to! Very reasonable prices but that's inconsequential to achieving pain relief and good health!

The changes I have experienced since being treated by her are amazing (I have gone from being unable to move without pain to being almost pain free). She is very thorough in her assessments and her holistic approach means she doesnt just address the immediate problem but covers every angle and really listens, which is most reassuring. I felt a big difference after first appointment and I look forward to next one. The back pain has decreased. Sarah is a very nice, empathic person and I can see that she has a lot of experience. I recommend highly !

Ive been going to see Sarah for a couple of years now for regular body MOTs and when Ive injured myself, and she has always been able to fix/ease any ailments I might have. Her knowledge seems endless and she is very friendly/warm/understanding and kind. Highly recommended!
