Sent it via a local delivery company how lost
the item.After many phone calls to the delivery company
Valence freight and a email to there MD which was an
absolutely a waste of time as they gave me the option
they couldn't care less.Williams stepped up to the plate
and refunded back our money, couldn't thank them enough. If they get another chipper available I'll drive up
and pick it up personally, very professional company.
