I cannot thank Joelle enough for making our maternity photoshoot a memorable one. I'm not very imaginative so asked for some help. Joelle did research on different poses and props to make the photos look natural and talked through all ideas with us to choose what we wanted. We also appreciated how she included our girls so they felt special and involved. We've had two other maternity photoshoots and this was by far our best experience.

Joelle captured some beautiful family photos of us that we will treasure for a lifetime. She knows how to engage with children, where patience is required! She is also very warm in her approach and my young daughter felt relaxed and happy to pose for photos and complied with instructions on how to stand and what to do. Joelle offered some great creative suggestions for the photos so if youre not entirely sure what you want then she can help. She was also very good at capturing candid moments in between the posed shots. The time went by so quickly and it wasnt boring and forced which a lot of photoshoots can be. I would definitely, one hundred percent recommend Joelle as a photographer and we look forward to another occasion where we can have another photoshoot with her in the future!

Jo did a family photo shoot with us at Beddington Park, a great location suggested by her. My children are 3 and 1 so I was a little concerned how they would react to her taking photos of them and us all but in fact, they loved it! Jo had previously asked us about what types of shots we wanted and, as a busy mum, I completely forgot this, so we followed her lead and it was a wonderful afternoon spent together. She made us all feel at ease immediately and interacted very naturally with our children. As we walked around the park, she took a variety of spontaneous, prepared and action shots. All the time, she went out of her way to ensure that the children happily engaged. In fact, the session whizzed by. The turn around was very fast and our final pictures are just fantastic! We have now made a few canvases of some of the photos which are on display at home and everyone whos seen them have commented on how wonderful they look! I highly recommend Jo 100%!

Joelle recently spent time at Nyapeya School in Northern capturing a series of images for use by Drumbeg Parish Church. The pictures are fantastic and have already been really effective in sharing the story of this very important partnership with an otherwise forgotten and needy community.
