        I use the gift bag shop site a lot and have always got excellent service but really want to call out how they operated at Christmas. They closed their site at 5pm on the 18th December and I had forgotten to complete my order the day before. I realised this about 17:40 and thought I will chance it anyway. Was really pleased and pleasantly surprised that they processed my order and when an item was out of stock gave me a complimentary upgrade. Really recommend using these as they have so much choice and the pull bows they do as very good value for money and look much better than ones you would pay over 3 for

        Ordered online, found just what I wanted! Excellent price, and paid fair postage. Packaged perfectly (sick of so many other sellers not packaging properly!). Most importantly, wrapping exactly as pictured and described! This team sold and delivered exactly as promised, luv that, tks!
