First time dealing with Andrew as I was down visiting family for the Easter break from college. I have to say for a first time experience with dealing with someone I don't know that was about to fix my PC was a bit nerve racking, but Andrew didn't disappointed. I dropped off my system on the 14th of April 2022, and he had it fixed and ready to collected by the next day. Granted the fault was caused by myself being silly because a "game" required it. If you are reading this review and think you want to play Valorant wait on them fixing the issues with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, because it was secure boot and msconfig that messed my computer up. Many thanks to Andrew, he was easy to communicate with and understood the problem very well, if you need your computer/laptop looked at don't hesitate to use Andrew. He is very friendly and helps out as quickly as he possibly can. Many thanks Andrew! - Iain

Andrew knows his way around all aspects of computing ,when it comes to helping out using remote access. He's helped with my laptops over the years, always polite and great first class service.
