Pizza most of time amazing.
Every-time order over the phone or on deliveries service went always wrong. The biggest opportunity to improve.
The brand loves it.
Why not all staff nice, had a bad experience, as I am local here, I use to go to this place more often.
I suggest this branch to my workplace to order pizzas for all colleges, it was quite challenging from work to there where on way there is domains and more Pizza shops. Just came all the way there but didn't have a good customer experience. And no apologising behaviour.
Well overall whenever I see that specific person, I walk back.

However there were no warnings regarding earlier closing time . Even the website is down and you can't order online hence why we did a telephone order. When I finally got through to a staff member last night. I was told to send a picture and I'd get half price next time.
This is not the first time. Whenever they do mistakes they said half price for next order which they don't have track of. It is just an easy way to get rid of the complaint being made. Last time they missed our side orders, which was embarrassing when we had guests. We called them up then and was told the same thing. We never got half price on our order after.
I explained my concern to the worker then he said i should speak to the manager regarding that this is the second mistake. He didn't sympathise at all. He said there's nothing he can do as I'm mixing things up. He then told me he's the shift manager and nothing can be done. It made no sense as he hung the phone up in my face. A manager shouldn't have to behave in such a manner as I told him I had full proofs of the mistakes.
