I have always had bad experience every time I go. The receptionist always rude and not helpful and not trying to understand. Just rang them to book appointment got told they cant book appointments.

Not very happy with this place at all .can never get an appointment all they say is tung in morning u ring and yr number 24 time the slot is finished you havent even hardly moved down the line its ridiculous way to get an appointment ..you get told what's wrong with you by a receptionist .all they ever say is sorry got to a a and e we cant help you it's so infuriating..or ring 111 have you tried ring 111 its suicidal trying to get someone out to you ..I'm beyond despair ..

Rude receptionist, called Sue. Speaks to people as though they are worthless people just sitting there waiting to make her job tooooo hard. All appointments gone before they even opened apparently. The surgery keep pushing you to the Ashford walk in centre or A&E even when it's a young child involved.

I had a really bad infection and had to call 111 service recently, I was then told that they have send a request to the GP and I need to be seen within the next 6 hours, when I called in the GP and explain the situation they simply told me they dont work under NHS 111 service so its not their responsibility to see me unfortunately, thats ridiculous and fuming.
