    4 years ago I gave 5 stars. Today unfortunately I change my rating to 3 stars. Reason being is that it seems like management and the team might have changed together with the quality of repairs and service. Changed my rear breaks Dec 21 one side has hardly worn out the other side was wearing out extremely quick. My mechanic opened up and said the sliders were completely dry like if they hadnt been greased on one side. Rygor refused to do anything about it. Not a Mercedes standard !

    Ive bought a brand new truck and had some minor issues with engine light on dashboard was a factory mistake, Ive booked my truck in and the morning after theyve sort out my truck while waiting. I need to point this out that the staff are highly knowledgeable able to find the fault and fix straight away, especially the man from fuso canter I would say the best knowledgeable mechanic Ive ever met, thank you guys for sorting out my truck

    (Translated by Google) Our van had an engine failure in London. But we come from Germany and the vehicle had only run 50,000 km, so it was almost new. And it was a guarantee case but rygor commercial got in line! to take the case ! Never reach anyone! Even Mercedes from Germany could not reach anyone to provide information when the van will be ready. In the end, the vehicle was repaired at no additional cost. When we picked it up we just said we wanted to pick up the German van they asked for the license plate number and just gave us the key without ID or any identification! In principle it could have been anyone . The employees looked very annoyed! They gave us the key without showing where the vehicle is. Just a brief explanation! The employee said if the vehicle was parked I should come back, that's exactly how it was and I had to run back, nobody explained to us what exactly the problem was with our van, let alone how we should behave now and what exactly was done ! What to look out for when we go back to Germany. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from Mercedes! If I could I would give no stars at all. If you have a problem with your Mercedes, don't let yourself be brought to this workshop! Service a big disaster! In Prinzip htte das irgendjemand sein knnen . Die Mitarbeiter sahen sehr genervt aus ! Sie gaben uns den Schlsse ohne zu zeigen wo das Fahrzeug steht . Nur eine knappe Erklrung! Der Mitarbeiter sagte noch wenn das Fahrzeug zugeparkt ist soll ich zurck kommen , genau so war es und ich musste zurck laufen niemand hat uns erklrt was genau das Problem bei unseren Van war geschweige wie wir uns jetzt zu verhalten haben und was genau gemacht worden ist ! Worauf man eventuell achten soll wenn wir zurck nach Deutschland fahren . Der absolut schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe von Mercedes ! Wenn ich knnte wrde ich gar kein Stern Geben . Im Fall wenn ihr Problem habt mit euren Mercedes lasst euch nicht zu dieser Werkstatt bringen ! Service eine groe Katastrophe! Ich werde mich in Deutschland beschweren das ist kein Standard fr Mercedes das ist eine schamlose Frechheit
