Overall we quite enjoyed our stay here! Decent value for money, convenient location and prompt assistance from the ferndale team made our trip much more relaxed. Definitely a nice way to travel with our family of 5. Only very minor complaint was Walls could use a scrub but as we have learned London is very understaffed so doubtful full deep clean is realistic on a constant basis. Everything else was spotless when we arrived! The village is quite friendly. Everything in the apartment worked, and was well stocked with the basics. Flat was very secure, and suited our needs to a T.
