        Very rude. How You can tell customer very good, don't come again. Never again buy nothing in this shop. People who don't have education open they business but first they need to learn manners and how to first talk to customers. We are in England.

        I spend over 100 per week in this shop and I have been for 18 months, today my son brought a small toy for 2 and it broke within a couple of minutes when we went back I asked the man ( sonny ) to swap it for another one and he point blank refused!! I know this may seem silly but when you spend over 100 in a local shop every week you would expect the owner to be a bit more reasonable when it comes to an exchange for a broken item for an 11 year old kid!! Ill take my money elsewhere from now on I hope the 2 exchange was worth the hundreds in profit that my business would have brought you sonny!!
