Pulled up at Heathrow cottages it was nothing like the pictures on line. The car park looked like a scrap yard cars parked anywhere there was a space. Upon entering the property we were greated with dirty furniture and carpets. My wife walked lnto our room and walked straight back out.. very poor. The listing said not onthe flightpath. You could hear the engins from the room. Nothing like the pictures on line. Be warey of the reviews posted on line. In my opinion they do not reflect this property.

Don't book this place, we booked for overnight stay and to leave car while away in march this year, but had to cancel due to personal reasons. Spoke to Alan to cancel and he said would keep deposit next time we stayed. I've emailed Alan on several occasions saying I wanted the refund as we didn't know when we were going away again. 6 emails 1 telephone call (left message), letter from solicitor And went through small claims court. Still haven't heard anything or received refund. Reading through old reviews I'm not the only one his done this to. His terms and conditions say as long as we cancel upto 14 days before we go away we would get refund less 25 admin fee, so I'm owed 96.
