This was a belated Mother's Day treat with my daughter, so a very special day. The facilities were great, the staff very helpful and the afternoon tea delicious. Our massages were an absolute treat and the unlimited time offered in the relaxation room on the waterbeds afterwards was most welcome. We'll be coming again!

Haven't used my Wowcher vouchers for this Spa yet, but just spoke to a really lovely Lady on reception, her name is Tessa. I can honestly say that she has made me feel like I can't wait to book up and go with my two Daughters. She was so polite and helpful, really friendly, she is a credit to Bannatynes and I hope that upon visiting the Spa they will all live up to her Professionalism. Blinking Excellent Receptionist. Had 3 mini treatments, which was really pleasant and enjoyed our time at swimming after.

Bar service was awful, so ooo slow just for drinks. After 30 minutes, we gave up, even though we paid for drinks snd walked out! Lots of staff walking about doing very little. Terrible. Annoying.
