        I always go here for a workout at off peek times due to my work schedule and it is quiet. The place is clean, staff friendly. You can get a spray bottle to kill those gems and paper towels to wipe before and after work out if need be. Price is not the cheapest but works for me as local. Selection of equipment is fine for my level. Was told there are free classes and need to book one. To be updated........
