I love this place so much, the horses are incredible and so sweet and my instructor Emily taught me more in 3 days than i have learnt in months. She pushed me so hard that I went home everyday with every muscle in my body hurting, it was such a good feeling and she was so attentive and did not hesitate to correct me. I have progressed so much with Jill Carenza equestrian. My horses were so good and really matched my level and they listened and were very calm and amazing (Adam, Cesar and Pluto). It has been on my mind since I left and I miss it so much already. I also did a hack with my sister cantering in the fields, I felt so free the feeling was indescribable! Can't wait to be back may 19th and may 26th and spend my whole summer there, helping and learning! I definitely recommend!!

Oh my God what a place!!!!! We came for the long weekend from London and our daughters have been taking horseback riding lessons in Richmond for 4 months. Emily from Jill Carenza really challenged them and made them do the jumps in the first lesson. All teachers are superb professional, so hands on, so good and attentive and they really push the riders! My daughters wanna move here and come here everyday for lessons! They also Did hack in the fields with beautiful scenery! Great horses as well! Thank you Jill, Emily and all the friendly staff! We will for sure be regulars

The worst customer service experience ever, the owner was shouting on the phone when we trying to asked her to assit with an urgent matter , she just cutted off the phone , really disappointed and unacceptable with this manner!

I had a hack of 2 hours around Stanton and the fields during our visit to The Cotswolds. The itinerary was stunning and really amazing! Horses are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. BUT due to cantering with the group my horse Spider were a bit more faster than the other horses and I had to overtake our horse leader Neil. Nothing happened, as it was just a bit of race, but apparently he didnt like the fact that he had been overtaken and he asked me to stop and then he pulled me out of the group asking to ride together only with him without others insisting its for safety reasons He never advised initially that we are going to have a steady cantering and do not overtake each other and he also knew that my horse is one of the fastest. When I asked him what is the problem he pretended that he dont understand the question ignored me and he said dont worry about it The weird thing is that on this 2hrs hack earlier two of the horse riders overtaken him once and he just told them off, but nothing more. I felt mistreated among others and I think perhaps this guy Neil is racist or there is something wrong with him, but he simply ruined my day. He couldve just ask me on next cantering to stay in one line with the others. This is the 10th time Im visiting this staples and Im driving 100 miles each way from south London to feel the pleasure of horse riding. Ive ridden many of their horses, but never came across with this issue before. My advice to you is when you are booking your horse riding please try to avoid riding with this person Neil as he is a bit snippy, but if you do ride anyway with him try not to overtake him if you ever have a chance. I hope my feedback will reach the owner of this staples and hopefully the bad experience I had today will never happen to anyone else. Otherwise apart from all of that horse riding with Jill is amazing and I will definitely come back soon!
