Very nice little shop, lots of choice of books but the history section is a bit lacking and very small

One of the best customer Experiences Ive received in a long time , My son was off school ,under the weather , and as a single parent I simply had no choice for him to join me in a couple of meetings during the morning , until childcare could be arranged in the afternoon. So Harry on most polite behaviour asked when we spotted the works if he could go in , I agreed and told him to look for some crafting 2 colouring etc for later when he was at his grandads So he asked a question and the 2 ladies in the store were just amazing , Ive worked at Harrods in the past and the personal shoppers there, could learn a thing or two from the amazing staff at the works . He was guided around the well presented store , he chose 4 great value items and we both went away very happy with the experiences Thanks you the works @ peak village for making a poorly young mans day a whole lot brighter xx

I went to The Works at Rowsley today to buy stuff to make valentine cards. Rob, the manager, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It's always a great shop to visit, you always find something that you didn't know you needed!

Excellent service .Unable at first to find what we were looking for but upon asking everything was sorted. Very pleasant staff ,nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be returning.
