K G Insulation Ltd

Having recently had solar panels fitted by KG Insulation I am pleased to say the work that was carried out was fantastic, everything was organised and I didn't have to worry about anything, from when I first signed up to having my scaffolding down was all done efficiently and fast. Would highly recommend this company!!!

I don't usually get drawn into these things, but I must say I think this is a bit harsh ! I have had various work carried out by K G, INCLUDING Solar panels and External Wall insulation I don't have a bad word to say about any of their team, in particular, their office staff who were more than helpful to me, they even filled all the paperwork in for me. I too had problems with BG about my feed in tariff form - which actually turns out that BG had lost it ! Same experience here with the scaffolding but when it was explained it's organised by a separate company I understand why some of this is out of their hands (like anything you just have to get on with it). I spoke to one of KG's guys when they were finishing off my house and I understand they now have their own scaffolding team, which is great as I have just ordered windows from them.

Finally got everything settled....thanks Bev for wading in on our behalf and sorting out the paperwork with BG.
