        Fabulous versatile cheese that can be used for a variety of dishes. Worked best in pickle sandwiches and egg teacakes, but lovely in any situation. Really nice people making yummy cheese, what's not to like :) I did go to town trying it in every use i could think of. Much enjoyment ensued.

        The local produce is first class. Winterdale not only make cheese - the smoked is gorgeous - but support other English cheesemakers, so although the selection may be small, the taste beats all. Well worth seeking out. The eggs straight from the hens are magic.
