Sian Harvey Stress Management Specialist

I recently visited Sian for some stress management sessions which was a very daunting thing for me to do but Sian instantly put me at ease and made me feel so welcome. I learnt so much about myself in these sessions and how to look at certain situations in a different way using different techniques and coping mechanisms. I'm so glad I found Sian and can't recommend her enough for so many reasons. Thank you Sian for all of your invaluable help and guidence

I cant actually describe what I just experienced it was an out of body experience that was amazing, freeing, emotional and made me realise how much Im holding on to. Cant wait to come back

Sian creates a calming and peaceful environment for treatments. I very much enjoyed my reflexology session and would highly recommend.

Had my first Reiki/Breathwork session with Sian today and it was the most beautiful experience. The sensations I experienced, the releasing of any tension and the clarity felt after the session meant that I will now aim to do these sessions regularly.

Sian has helped me tremendously with my stress management and anxiety. Im genuinely gutted my sessions are over, but equally so grateful for all the tools and resources Ive been given to help me moving forward!! I think Sian is a fantastic (and fabulous) life coach, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who feels continuously anxious or stressed, and needs help to manage it independently. Sian provides so many tools and exercises that its easy to find the ones that suit you best. Massive thanks to Sian!!
