I consider my acupuncture sessions with Kat both a treat and a necessity. Kat has such an incredibly lovely soul that you can't help but feel relaxed in her presence. Before the start of each treatment she asks how you are feeling and makes the necessary adjustments to tailor each session to your needs. Kat's knowledge and professionalism is second to none, so you always feel safe in her hands. Her treatment room is a haven! Since starting treatments with Kat, I feel more balanced hormonally and regular monthly 'top ups' have helped me considerably. I recommend Kat wholeheartedly!

Katherine is absolutely amazing, she's really knowledgeable and can offer lots of advice and taylors a treatment to you specifically. I spend an hour with Katherine and feel like I've had an entire spa day. The cosmetic improvements in my skin are really noticeable and I'm really pleased with the results. What I wasn't expecting was the sense of balance and energy improvement I've seen. I can't recommend Katherine highly enough.
