Furniture By Design

I used Furniture By Design in April 2023. I specifically wanted to use a local firm and was pleased with the process that I experienced end to end. Ed first arrived (on time) to give a quote, then returned with product samples and a clearer indication of the cost, process and timescale at a later, agreed date. There was no hard sell or persuasion. The work started promptly and was carried out with care, efficiently and on time, which was very helpful to me as I have a busy schedule. The quality of the workmanship is good and I'm really pleased with the result. A fair price for a very good job. I'd certainly use this company again and am very happy with our new fitted wardrobes. From the start the service provided by Ed at Furniture by design has been exceptional, the measuring up, no pushy sale tactics, within 3 weeks installed and all work completed, the installer Ray was brilliant, clean worker, very polite and professional, the quality of work is amazing, we would totally recommend this company, and will use them again.
