We are very happy with our new fireplace and fire. Steve undertook all the work, helping with the ideas and then either completing or arranging with others to perform activities. This was a major difference to other installers who would only complete part of the job and we would have had to engage other trades to complete specific tasks. All we had to arrange was the decorator. Steves team are knowledgeable, hard working and keep a clean working environment. Steve is a busy man and is sometimes unable to talk on the phone. He does return calls if you leave him a message.
