I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Aaron was professional, transparent, honest and trustworthy from the get-go. I will admit I find buying cars pretty daunting, and due to this have always settled for something a bit rubbish just to get it over with. Aaron took the time to discuss options with me, send over multiple choices, go over specifics of each car and finance plans which could work with my very limited budget. I have never received such excellent service when working with a dealership and will not hesitate to use Herts Automotive again for my next car. The thoroughness and genuine care taken to ensure happy customers is second to none. I always used to leave car buying situations feeling a bit swindled, but thanks to Aaron, I am completely thrilled and know Ive got the best car for myself and my new baby without feeling pushed into anything. Aaron was fantastic, very understanding and patient with me, I enquired on the Monday and the car was delivered to my door with all finance sorted and payed out by Friday. Some dealers are very pushing but Aaron made me feel comfortable Im allowing me to take my time with the Mrs to decide. Thanks Aaron, Ill be back soon no doubt!
