First class service, I had a dated alarm system, although worked well for 25 plus years, I felt it needed updating, so decided to stay with Eurotech as they have always been remarkable with customer service. ( speak to a person) The managing director took time to speak with me personally. I had a new top of the range alarm system at a very competitive price within a week. My husband lost his phone, so had to download the App, I was advised that there was a newer App. The old App is no longer available due to upgraded technology. You cant use the new and old together. Eurotech actually sent an engineer out to resolve this. Customer service doesnt get better than that. I would 100% recommend this company. You are a valued customer and they actually care about what service they deliver. Forgot to mention the engineers that came around were professional and very respectful.

Eurotech installed CCTV and a door lock system this week, and also took over the maintenance contract for our alarm system. I contacted Eurotech based on reviews and they didn't disappoint. I was contacted straight away, an appointment arrange to discuss our requirements, a quote provided promptly and the work booked in. The installer, Gary, was on time, a clean and tidy worker, very personable and was on hand to help with a few IT issues on the day too. Thank you everyone at Eurotech. You've been amazing and I look forward to working with you over the coming months and years.
