        Dave answered my unsolicited call On a Saturday and proceeded to talk me through opening a safe with a flat battery. I sent him photos and he called me back, identified the issue and explained the solution all free of charge on his day off. An absolute gentleman and one who certainly knows his stuff. I cant recommend him highly enough.

        Weve used Safecracker before and I called Dave over the holidays as we had a battery issue. He talked me through the problem and also what I needed to do. Problem resolved and he did not need to come out and no charge. True service. I would highly recommend Dave.
