        Love the classes at Boxfit4all! Lloyd the coach is knowledgable and fun, he always encourages you plus, what I really appreciate is that he adapts the exercises to suit your ability. I would definitely encourage you to give the classes a try, you wont be sorry everyone in the class is friendly and helps you get to know the ropes.

        Been to boxfit with two sons and nephew, anyway what can I say - what an experience absolutely fantastic, not only about the fitness but Lloyd is a great mentor sharing experiences and giving them a insight to life - and they were sweating at the end of it xx

        Fantastic classes, amazing coach Lloyd doesnt just train you hard, he is passionate about helping you achieve what you want. Its not your normal exercise class, you get a lot of support from everyone else as well as Lloyd. Id say give it a try, you wont look back..
