I called in urgent need of some help and they were very busy but still took the time to Facetime me and go through my problem and help me sort it all out - a real act of kindness and its great to know there are decent people out there who are happy to help - thank you so much and keep up the good work, if only more companies were like you guys!

The company I have been using for many years and who are very good, said I would have to wait 3 weeks for a pump to be fitted. As much as I like to be loyal to companies who have served me well, I didn't want to be without my pool for 3 weeks, so I searched for an alternative company. I found Herts & Essex pools and phoned Lee thinking he won't answer on a Sunday but to my surprise he did and said he could come at 8 am the next day, which he did. I had to phone him back on the Sunday because I was worried and he answered and put me at my ease. As soon as the new pump came in, he came and fitted it and really explained everything well. He's very knowledgable and doesn't talk down to you because you are a woman! I feel lucky to have found such a good reliable company. Thank you.
