        took the comminuties money and let the area fall into ruin, never reply to any communications, or even bother to answer the phone.

        Please do not use this company for maintenance. They are beyond impossible to get hold of, communication is none existent. Apart from when they need money. Work is sun standard when it is carried out, which is basically nothing. The estate they are paid to manage is in a complete disrepair. Flower gardens none existent, fences fallen over, brambles over grown. I could go on.

        This is a truly terrible company. Run for the benefit of the owners, not the Leaseholders of the properties they manage. When they took over the management of our block there was 13,000 in the reserve fund. This sum has disappeared and Balinor have never managed to account for this. We were forced to go elsewhere - without our money ! Please never use this company if you want to have a professional management company to look after your assets. They are the worst that I have ever encountered,
